Regular Season Round 8: Don Bosco - La Cancha 70-72

A very close game took place in Moca between La Cancha and Don Bosco. Sixth ranked La Cancha (2-2) got a very close victory on the road over 8th ranked Don Bosco (1-4). La Cancha managed to escape with a 2-point win 72-70 on Monday evening. The best player for the winners was Abdoulaye NDoye who scored 15 points and 6 rebounds. Lavell Payne chipped in 15 points. Guard Derekjeter Mejia (182-2001) produced 15 points and Christian Villar added 15 points respectively for the hosts. La Cancha maintains sixth position with 2-2 record. Don Bosco lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with four games lost. La Cancha will meet league's leader Immortals in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
